On Saturday 10.2.24, a Vedic program was organized at D.A.V.Nandraj Public School, Bariatu, in which the subjects and knowledge related to Vedic culture were demonstrated by the pre-primary children. On this occasion, the pre-primary children were present along with their parents. In the program, every child recited Gayatri Mantra, Geeta verses, Veda mantras along with counting from one to ten in Sanskrit language, food mantra, greeting mantra etc., hearing which the parents were very happy.
In this Programme, along with discussion of Vedic knowledge, emphasis was laid on learning from the character of Purushottam Shri Ramchandra ji. School teacher Ms. Meena Thakkar and other pre-primary teachers were present in the program. With the help of the institute, the children gained knowledge in just three months and gave such a good presentation.
Principal of the school, Mr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary, while addressing the parents, said, “It is very important to acquire knowledge of Vedas, Upanishads etc. for the progress of the society, to make them cultured and to lead them on the true path.” Vice-Principal Mrs. Roma Biswas and teachers were present in this Vedic program.
