Two-Day Training of Trainers (ToT) Programme Begins at DAV Nandraj Public School.

A two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme commenced today at DAV Nandraj Public School, Ranchi. The event is being organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), New Delhi.

The day began with a Vedic Hawan, symbolizing the cultural ethos of DAV Nandraj Public School. All dignitaries, Resource Person, CBSE officials, and participants actively took part in the Hawan ceremony, invoking divine blessings for the success of the training programme.

Following the Hawan, the inaugural session was held in the school auditorium ‘Goonj’. The Venue Director and Principal of DAV Nandraj Public School, Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary, extended a heartfelt welcome to all the distinguished guests and participants. Out of 62 registered participants, 58 were present, representing various schools from across the region of Jharkhand.

The programme was graced by the presence of:

  • Mr. Ravi Prakash, Head, Centre of Excellence, CBSE Patna
  • Mr. Raghvendra, Section Officer, CoE Patna, CBSE
  • Mr. Samarjit Jana, District Training Coordinator, Ranchi. And Principal, JVM Shyamali
  • The training sessions are being conducted by experienced resource persons:
  • Mr. Moloy Sanyal, Director Department of Personnel & Training, New Delhi, India.
  • Dr. Subhrayjyoti Ray, Joint Director(P), Government of West Bengal.
  • Ms. Paramjeet Kaur, City Coordinator Ranchi & Principal SBP School.

This Training of Trainers programme is a significant initiative aimed at equipping educators with innovative teaching strategies, leadership skills, and professional development tools. The collaborative learning environment encourages sharing of best practices and experiential learning.

The programme will conclude on May 10, 2025, with further sessions and interactive modules planned for the final day.
