DAV Nandraj Public School organized a special orientation program for pre-primary students and their parents on Tuesday, marking a joyful beginning for the young learners. The program commenced with a sacred Yajna in the morning, where parents participated along with their children. Prayers were offered for the well-being of the children, seeking blessings for long life, knowledge, fame, and strength.
Parents were also guided on the importance of nurturing their children with strong moral and cultural values.Following the Yajna, an interactive session was conducted in “Goonj,” focusing on practical learning and skill-based education. Parents actively engaged in discussions and gained insights into the school’s approach to holistic development.
Important guidelines regarding school discipline, uniform, diary maintenance, attendance, and regular studies were shared. During the session, parents were encouraged to build trust and cooperation with the school. It was emphasized that complaints should be replaced with constructive feedback, and that continuous exchange of feedback between parents and teachers is essential for the overall development of students. Regular parent-teacher meetings were also encouraged to ensure effective communication.
The school highlighted that discipline related to uniform, haircut, homework, and regular studies should not be viewed as punishment, but as essential steps for the improvement and growth of children. Parents were advised to regularly check the school diary and remain actively involved in their child’s academic progress.
The institution reaffirmed its commitment to excellence in education through a practical approach, skill-based learning, and the introduction of new subjects aligned with modern educational needs. It also emphasized that the school nurtures students to explore diverse paths and confidently move forward in life.
On this occasion, the Principal, Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary, expressed gratitude to the parents for their trust in the school and assured them of the institution’s dedication to fulfilling their expectations. He also encouraged parents to visit the school regularly and maintain close interaction with teachers.
The program concluded with the chanting of the Shanti Path, leaving a positive and inspiring impact on all present.
