The students of Class XI and XII (Biology) attended an informative session conducted by nursing students from METAS Nursing Hospital in the early morning at the Aula Magna Auditorium, the school auditorium. The session focused on the topic “Impact of Screen Time on Students’ Life.”
The visiting nursing students highlighted the various physical, mental, and social effects of excessive screen usage. To make the session more engaging, they provided a set of questionnaires to selected students before the session began, asking them to reflect on their own screen time habits. The same questionnaire was repeated after the training, and the results revealed how screen time has impacted the lives and daily routines of students.
The session proved to be highly insightful and beneficial, inspiring students to adopt healthier screen habits and maintain a balanced lifestyle.
