DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu celebrated 75th Republic Day with great zeal and enthusiasm. The Chief Guest Shri Bholanath Prasad unfurled the Tricolour. The event included a series of thematic performances ranging from inspection of the parade, unfurling of the tri-colour, march past by the NCC cadets as well as by the house masters, patriotic group song, speech by the chief guest, patriotic dance performance, speech by the student of primary section Anvi Kumari, instrumental band performance and many more.
A galaxy of dignitaries graced the occasion as guests of honour. Esteemed Shri Bhola Nath Prasad presided as the Chief Guest. Shri Punit Poddar, the  Secretary and member of AGPS and SMC of DAV Nandraj Public School, Shri Rajendra Arya, The President of Arya Samaj and member of AGPS and SMC, Shri L. R. Saini, Ex Director DAV Nandraj Public School and member of AGPS graced the occasion and blessed all the participants and the members of the organizing committee.
Republic Day celebration meticulously planned by the students and staff of the school through which they showcased the cultural programme based on patriotism and sacrifice for the motherland. The spectators enjoyed and praised the students for their wonderful performance.
The Principal Mr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary blessed the students and encouraged them. He said, Â
“Try to preserve, practice, profess and propagate patriotism among yourselves. It will lead you on the path of progress and prosperity.”
Vice-Principal, Mrs. Roma Biswas proposed the vote of thanks.
