REPORT ON FOURTH IN-HOUSE CBSE TRAINING

The fourth in-house CBSE training at DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu, Ranchi, was successfully conducted on 7th June 2025 on the topic “Learning Outcome and Pedagogy.” The session commenced with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp, symbolizing the enlightenment of knowledge, followed by a soulful musical performance by the school band Waves, which set an inspiring tone for the day.
The resource persons for the day were Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary and Mr. Uma Shankar Tiwary, who shared their profound knowledge and practical insights on enhancing teaching effectiveness. Additionally, Mrs. Monika Pathak and Mrs. Anamika Shukla participated as key speakers, contributing significantly to the training with their interactive and thought-provoking sessions.
The event was further graced by the presence of Mr. Deepak Kumar, Principal of Mahatma N. D. Grover DAV Public School, Bundu, and Mrs. Jhumpa Singh, Headmistress of DAV Nandraj Modern Public School, Lalpur, who attended as special guests. Their valuable words of encouragement and guidance added great value to the training session.
The training emphasized innovative pedagogical strategies and learning outcome-based education. Group activities and collaborative tasks were conducted throughout the session, making it highly engaging and participatory for all teachers. Educators enthusiastically exchanged ideas, best practices, and classroom experiences.
