The second day of the Summer Camp was both enriching and empowering for the students of Classes VI to VIII. The day began with a session on the Vedas and Vedic values, providing deep insights into India’s ancient knowledge and moral teachings.
Students also participated in a self-defence training session, where they were taught basic techniques to build confidence and ensure personal safety.
Later, under the theme of Bhartiya Bhasha Sangam, a Bengali language session was conducted, filled with engaging activities such as:
- A quiz on Bengali legends, sparking interest in notable personalities.
- A presentation on Bengali culture, covering traditional food, festivals, and clothing.
- A dramatic conversation performed in Bengali.
- Screening of the short film ‘Kabuliwala’, introducing students to Bengali literature and emotion.
- Self-introduction in Bengali, boosting linguistic and communication skills.
The day concluded with a movie-watching session, adding a fun and relaxing end to the schedule.
A total of 95 students actively participated in the day’s events, supported by 35 dedicated teachers.
