Ranchi, May 10, 2025: The second and final day of the two-day Training of Trainers (ToT) programme concluded successfully at DAV Nandraj Public School, Ranchi. The programme was organized by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) in joint collaboration with the Institute of Secretariat Training and Management (ISTM), New Delhi.
Day 2 featured interactive sessions, hands-on activities, and meaningful experience-sharing, making the learning journey enriching and impactful for all participants. The sessions were engaging, practical, and designed to encourage deep reflection on effective training strategies.
A key highlight of the day was a session by Ms. Paramjeet Kaur, who focused on the National Education Policy (NEP) and its significance in today’s educational landscape. She emphasized how NEP aims to transform education through competency-based learning, inclusive practices, and holistic development.
Participants actively engaged in discussions, posed thoughtful questions, and demonstrated a strong willingness to adopt innovative practices in their institutions.
The day concluded with a felicitation ceremony, where mementos were presented to the resource persons and CBSE officials, acknowledging their valuable contributions and support.
As a delightful conclusion, the school’s music band, ‘Waves’, presented a soulful musical performance that added a festive spirit to the closing ceremony. The melodious tunes were thoroughly enjoyed by everyone, creating beautiful memories and an everlasting joyful experience for all present.
