Motivational Session to Empower Girls at DAV Nandraj Public School A highly inspiring motivational session to empower girls was organized at DAV Nandraj Public School, in the gracious presence of Area Education Officer, Smt. Juhi Rani.
The programme was graced by the Special Guest, Ms. P. Sameera Khan, a courageous mountaineer, entrepreneur, and social activist. A graduate in Sociology and Environmental Science, she has self-funded the scaling of 11 mountain peaks and has cycled across 37 countries, setting an extraordinary example of determination and resilience.
Through her impactful mission “Mission Mount Everest – Rural Girl Empowerment,” Ms. Sameera Khan inspired students to embrace education, self-belief, leadership, and gender equality. Her journey motivated young girls to break social barriers, overcome challenges, and dream big.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary emphasized the importance of empowering girls through education and confidence-building.
In his speech, he highlighted that true education enables students to face challenges with courage, develop leadership qualities, and become responsible citizens who contribute positively to society.
