DAV Nandraj Observes the Death Anniversary of Mahatma Narayan Das Grover
Ranchi, February 6, 2025 (Thursday): DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu, solemnly observed the death anniversary of Mahatma Narayan Das Grover, honoring his remarkable contributions and legacy.
The day began with a morning havan and assembly, where students were enlightened about Mahatma Grover’s dedication, work ethics, and philanthropic endeavors. His efforts in preserving civilization, culture, and his developmental initiatives in Khunti and surrounding areas were fondly remembered.
Addressing the gathering, Principal Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary emphasized that true societal progress and individual well-being are possible only when people adopt the tireless dedication and selfless service exemplified by Mahatma Grover.
It was highlighted that upon arriving in Ranchi, Mahatma Grover initially stayed with Shri S.L. Gupta and Smt. Sushila Gupta, later receiving support from Shri Prem Prakash Arya, Shri Rajendra Arya, and others.
Their combined efforts led to the extensive expansion of DAV institutions across Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal, Nepal, and beyond. Even today, Arya Gyan Prachar Samiti continues to uphold his legacy.
The event concluded with a Shanti Path, paying tribute to his lasting contributions.
