D.A.V. Nandraj Public School Celebrates the Birth Anniversaries of Mahatma N. D. Grover and Bhagwan Birsa Munda Along With Jharkhand Foundation Day

Today, 15th November, D.A.V. Nandraj Public School observed a day of great significance by celebrating the birth anniversaries of Mahatma N. D. Grover and Bhagwan Birsa Munda, along with the 25th Jharkhand Foundation Day.

The day began with a special havan conducted in the school premises, where students and teachers participated together to pay homage to Mahatma N. D. Grover. The atmosphere was filled with devotion as everyone remembered his invaluable contribution towards education and the values he instilled in DAV institutions.

To honour Bhagwan Birsa Munda, a student portrayed his character, highlighting his courage and his contribution to India’s tribal movement. A special speech was delivered on his birth anniversary, emphasizing his fight for the rights of indigenous people and his role as a national hero. The speaker also addressed the significance of Jharkhand Foundation Day, marking the 25th year of the state’s formation—a milestone reflecting the potential for continued growth and prosperity in Jharkhand.

In his address, the Principal extended heartfelt wishes to the people of Jharkhand on completing 25 glorious years as a state. He expressed optimism about the state’s future, noting the immense possibilities for development, progress, and empowerment. He also urged students to follow the footprints of Mahatma N. D. Grover and uphold the ideals and values that shape responsible citizens.
