The Farewell Ceremony for Class XII students of DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu was held on Saturday at its auditorium in Block-C.
The programme commenced with the ‘Havan Ceremony’ wherein the students of class XII took the blessings of the almighty. The Principal, Vice-Principal and Teachers blessed the students.
The programme comprised speeches, dances and games, arranged by class XI students as they wanted to make this occasion a truly memorable one for their seniors. The Principal Mr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary in his inspiring speech expressed the hope that the students of class XII would fare well in the Board exams and be successful in all their future endeavours. He extended his good wishes to them for a bright, successful and prosperous future.
The Vice-Principal in her speech gave valuable tips to students on how to fare the Exams with confidence and self-assurance.
The students enjoyed a sumptuous lunch as well as the scintillating cultural treat of dance, music, skit and poetry. Class XII students grew sentimental and emotional as they recalled their happy memories of 14 long years in the school.
The Principal in his speech blessed the outgoing batch and extended his good wishes to them for a bright, successful and happy life.
