A two days CBSE Teacher Training Workshop is being organised by DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu in the school premises from 12 August 2023 to 13 August 2023 on Classroom Management.
The Secretary of the school welcomed all the participants and spoke on the importance of updating ourselves. Ms. Samriddhi Singh and Mr. K.R. Jha are the resource person for this training.
They enlightened the teachers with the tips of effective classroom management which included content management, conduct and covenant management. With the help of activities they stressed on the innovative methods of teaching.
They insisted the teachers to use such methods which are available at hands. The responsibilities and duties of teachers must be parallel with the needs and the creative minds of the children. Teachers also have the added responsibility of understanding the ever-growing and animated mind of a child.
There was also an emphasis on addressing the concerns of students and reducing stress by substituting punishments with consequences. The day proved to be fruitful for the teachers.
