DAV Nandraj Public School successfully organized the Second In-House CBSE Teachers’ Training Capacity Building Programme on Stress Management at the prestigious Goonj Auditorium, bringing together educators for an enriching and inspiring learning experience.

The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation from nearly 150 teachers of both DAV Nandraj Public School and Mahatma N D Gover Public School, Bundu. The training session was conducted by esteemed resource persons Mr Uma Shankar Tiwari and Ms Kanu Priya, who delivered highly insightful sessions focused on stress management and emotional well-being in the teaching profession.

The event began with the ceremonial lighting of the lamp, creating a serene and positive atmosphere. Through engaging discussions, practical examples, interactive activities, and fun-filled games, the resource persons highlighted effective ways to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance. Their thoughtful guidance encouraged teachers to understand the importance of mental wellness while handling professional responsibilities.

The Principal of DAV Nandraj Public School, Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary, emphasized the significance of such capacity-building programmes and motivated teachers to prioritize their emotional and mental well-being alongside academic excellence.

The Principal of Mahatma N D Gover Public School, Bundu,Mr Deepak Kumar, was also present during the session and shared his valuable personal experiences on handling stress effectively in both personal and professional life.
