Induction Programme for Class XI Students Successfully Conducted at DAV Nandraj

DAV Nandraj Public School, Bariatu, organized a special Induction Programme for the students of Class XI on 08 May 2026. The programme aimed to guide students in selecting subjects according to their interests, talents, skills, and future career aspirations.

Addressing the students, Principal Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary highlighted the wide range of skill and academic courses offered by the school, including Music, Painting, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Mass Media Studies, Marketing, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical Studies, Biotechnology, Medical Diagnostics, and the newly introduced courses — Fashion Studies and Beauty & Wellness. He encouraged students to identify their strengths and move forward confidently toward their goals. He also emphasized that along with skill subjects, students should equally value language subjects such as Hindi and Sanskrit for overall personality development and cultural understanding.

Mrs. Preeti Adhikari and her team “Waves,” presented a beautiful musical song performance that captivated the audience. She explained how music education helps reduce stress, makes learning enjoyable, and serves as a scoring and career-oriented subject.

Mr. Ashok Pathak, with nearly forty years of experience in teaching Hindi Literature and Sanskrit, shared his valuable insights on the importance of language, literature, personality development, and cultural values. His motivational words inspired students to develop interest and confidence in languageTeacher  subjects.

Mr. Aniket Mishra introduced students to various modern CBSE-recognized skill subjects and explained their future career opportunities and practical significance, helping students understand the scope and importance of emerging career-oriented courses.

✨ The programme became even more inspiring with the presence of Payal Gupta (Head Girl & PCB student, Batch 2024–25), Vaibhavi Kumari (Commerce Topper, Batch 2024–25), and Vaibhav Kumar (Head Boy, Batch 2024–25). They interacted with the Class XI students and shared their school experiences, academic journey, achievements, and present pursuits. Their inspiring words motivated the juniors to work hard, remain focused, and confidently pursue their dreams.

The entire programme proved to be highly informative, motivating, and enriching, helping students gain clarity and confidence regarding their academic and career choices. The session concluded on a positive and enthusiastic note, leaving students inspired for the new academic journey ahead.
