D.A.V. Nandraj Public School celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm and a series of vibrant activities planned for students of all age groups. The day began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers.
The assembly was addressed by the Principal, who inspired the students by highlighting essential values for the young generation and reminding them of their roles and responsibilities in today’s world.
Following the assembly, students engaged in a variety of educational, cultural, and sports activities:
Prep students embarked on an educational trip to the State Museum, Hotwar, where they explored historical exhibits and gained valuable insights.
Pre-Nursery and Nursery students visited Nakshatra Van, enjoying a nature-filled and experiential learning trip.
Classes 1 and 2 energetically celebrated Sports Day on the school campus, participating in various fun races and athletic events.
Classes 3 to 8 watched the inspiring and educational movie Kurukshetra, which added a reflective and enjoyable element to their celebration.
Senior students took part in volleyball and badminton matches, showcasing their team spirit, energy, and sportsmanship.
A thrilling highlight of the day was the friendly Teachers’ XI vs. Students’ XI (Boys) cricket match, which brought excitement and cheer from all sides.
The entire campus was filled with joy, enthusiasm, and laughter as students celebrated with activities that encouraged learning, teamwork, and creativity.
