On Friday, 5th September 2025, D.A.V. Nandraj Public School celebrated Teachers’ Day in a unique and meaningful way.
The day began with all teachers performing a Havan Yajna in accordance with the ancient Vedic tradition. This was followed by vibrant cultural events in the Goonj Hall, where Senior Secondary students showcased their talents.
The students presented fusion dances, thought-provoking skits, and organized interactive games that tested focus, intelligence, and quick decision-making. Teachers enthusiastically participated, making the event lively and joyful. The atmosphere was further enriched with soulful musical performances.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary said:
“A true teacher cannot be created from the outside; it comes from within, like water drawn from the depths of a well. Becoming a teacher is not easy—it may take lifetimes of dedication. Just as an elephant walks calmly while dogs bark, teachers must keep moving forward with noble deeds.
Work speaks louder than words; when we dedicate ourselves wholeheartedly—mind, speech, and action—our work becomes yoga, and success naturally follows. The essence of teaching lies in uplifting others and finding joy in their growth. That is the true greatness and significance of a teacher.”
The celebration concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks.
