D.A.V. Nandraj Public School organized its Investiture Ceremony with great zeal, installing a 64-member Student Council comprising 32 portfolio holders and 32 house prefects.
The program began with a lamp-lighting ceremony by the distinguished guests — Mr. Sunil Kumar Gupta and Mr. Ajay Arya (Members, School Managing Committee), Mrs. Pallabi De (renowned classical Kathak dancer), Mr. Siddharth Tripathi (Principal Chief Conservator of Forests), and Mr. S. Mohan Sharma (SPIC MACAY Coordinator).
A special highlight was the first-ever inclusion of primary section students in top leadership roles, with Mihir Kumar and Jiya Mehta appointed as Head Boy and Head Girl, encouraging younger students to take pride in school leadership and affirming that every member has importance in the council.
The leadership team, led by Visalakshi Priya (School Captain) and Priyadarshini Verma (Vice-Captain), along with committee captains for Discipline, Sports, and Cultural activities, pledged to uphold discipline, responsibility, and teamwork.
Principal Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary congratulated the council and urged them to lead with service, sincerity, and dedication, making the council vibrant and dynamic for the year ahead.
