A three-days capacity building programme began on 17th May, 2024 at D.A.V. Nandraj Public Schoo, Bariatu. The member of AGPS Mr.Ajay Arya Sir and Principal, Mahatma N.D. Grover Public School, Bundu Mr. Deepak Kumar were the honoured guests for the day.
The day 1 began with discussion on various elements of NEP 2020 like NCFSE, introduction to contemporary subjects, vocational crafts, comprehensive assessments, inclusive education, multilingualism and so on. All the participants from D.A.V. Nandraj Public School and Mahatma N.D. Grover Public School, Bundu were enlightened about NEP 2020.
CBSE Resource Persons Mr. Prasenjit Kumar Thakur took a very informative session.
He conducted the further proceedings with interaction among the participants. The day ones schedule was divided into two sessions. The first session started with various activities on Teaching Learning under NEP 2020. All the participants took an active part with interest, curiosity and interaction.
The post lunch session began with activities on Lesson Planning and Preparation of Lesson Plans as per NEP 2020.
The day ended with summing up of the entire days activities and an open House where all the participants shared their ideas, feelings and experiences.
The principal, DAV NANDRAJ Public School, Bariatu, Dr. Ravi Prakash Tiwary said, “The aim of Capacity Building Programme must not be limited to acquiring certificate but the points discussed must be implemented in class rooms as well.” Mr. Ajay Arya sir said, “Development in education may be realized only when teachers are ready to learn and implement.
